How do you help one of Sweden’s most innovative centres to become even more innovative?
Media Evolution City had a clear goal; to be at the centre of innovation and development in the media industry. During their professional development phase, they needed help to connect all the sections in their work since much of the performance was on a system level. They also needed to be able to trust in each other’s work. We took an active role in their kick-off activities and held a lecture on the importance of teamwork and on how to build a platform for mutual entrepreneurial thinking. We also helped them to develop their working practices to see how they could be transferred and form a mutual creation process.
Following our initiative, the employees now felt that their goals were achievable and that they knew more about entrepreneurship. Another result was that the employees had gained new insights into the importance of trust when working in projects.
